Nestling at the foot of the Lincolnshire Wolds, East Farmhouse is a listed mid-1 8th century property surrounded by open fields and delightful views. Bed & Breakfast guests at Jim and Gill Grant’s farm enjoy home comforts in two spacious double bedrooms — one en suite, the other with private facilities. Each has a TV, radio and tea/coffee tray, and guests have the use of an oak-beamed sitting/breakfast room with an open-log fire. Gill is a keen cook, and her breakfast, featuring home-laid eggs and local produce, makes the perfect start to the day. A self-catering cottage sleeping four guests is available nearby, and both the farmhouse and the cottage are ideal bases for exploring the Wolds and the historic city of Lincoln . Jim end Gill have lived and farmed here for over 3G years; both have a keen interest in conservation, and the farm has won two conservation awards for  environmental stewardship. Guests can enjoy farm walks, where abundant wildlife is usually to be seen, and the extensive gardens are a special delight in the summer, with a large duck pond, a grass tennis court and a summer house. The accommodation (non-smoking) is open all year except Christmas and New Year. See map below where red circle shows where East Farmhouse is. Unfortunately the postcode does not indicate the correct location. To get to Faldingworth Village Hall, you need to come out of the farm and turn right and go over the railway bridge and follow the road down until you see signs pointing to your right indicating Buslingthorpe and Faldingworth. When you arrive at the A46 (green road on map), you join it and continue ahead. You go past the pub on the right hand side, and shortly afterwards you will come to the Village Hall on your left hand side.
